Check out how we used watercolours to create an amazing effect to show off our Stonehenge pictures.
Year 4 ready for the last few weeks of swimming. It is a joy to watch how far you have all come from when you started in September. Well done.
Well done and congratulations to Year 4 we have a full class of swimmers!
So proud of you
On Friday afternoon we have Golden Time – this is Year 3 and Year 4 sharing their time together.
On Thursday we had a very interesting afternoon as Zoo Lab brought a range of exciting creatures for us to learn about. We met Sydney the millipede, Elwood the snake, Harry the hissing cockroach and two fancy rats called Thelma and Louise! We discovered millipedes have very tickly feet and once they have been on your skin you can still feel them even when they’ve gone. Cockroaches can grow as big as your hand and rats are very intelligent. Sydney the millipede secretes a yellow liquid when he feels threatened that smells disgusting to all other animals except humans! Sydney didn’t feel threatened with us and was quite happy to sit on our hands.
